A Data Processing Addendum (DPA) is available for customers processing personal data through Agenomic Cloud. To request and execute a DPA, contact legal@agenomic.io.
This page is an overview, not an executed agreement. The final DPA must be drafted or reviewed by qualified counsel before it is relied upon.
1. What the DPA covers
Where Agenomic acts as a processor under the Privacy Policy, the DPA sets out the terms of that processing. At a high level, it addresses:
- Subject matter — processing of personal data to provide the Service.
- Duration — for the term of the agreement and any wind-down period.
- Nature and purpose — agent governance, traces, evidence and operational processing.
- Categories of data subjects — e.g. customer’s users, end users and individuals referenced in submitted content.
- Categories of personal data — as configured and submitted by the customer.
- Subprocessors — use of, and changes to, the providers listed on the Subprocessors page.
- Security measures — technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk.
- International transfers — safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
- Deletion or return of data — at the end of processing, per the customer’s choice and applicable law.
- Audits — reasonable information and audit rights to demonstrate compliance.
2. Technical evidence
Agenomic provides technical evidence and audit-ready evidence that supports compliance workflows. The DPA governs the processing of personal data; it does not constitute legal advice, and legal compliance requires qualified review.
